Annual Spring Clean up Day! Sat. May 3rd

Every year we volunteer our time to spend a day cleaning up the cemetery. If you or someone you know is interested in lending a hand please share this information. The more volunteers the better; especially if you know someone in need of Community Service hours!

We will be there at 9am on Saturday, May 3rd until noon or later. In case of rain, we will try again the following Saturday at the same time! We will post on our facebook page of any changes!

If you are interested here is a list of things to remember and a list of things we would like to try and accomplish:

• Add support brackets to all fencing. The last set needs re-constructed.
• Weed-eat around fencing and stones as needed.
• Cleaning Stones! This one is an ongoing project that takes much time. We only use water and soft bristle brushes. We usually have a sprayer on-site (like the ones used for weedkillers) and a couple brushes, but please feel free to bring your own.
• Pick up and dispose of trash/old flowers.
• We will provide an iced down cooler with water for staying hydrated.
• Remember to wear old clothes and boots!
