One of our biggest annual fundraising events is BACK! Join us on Friday, October 24th, 2025 from 7-8pm for a spooky good time!
Here is the breakdown of what to expect:
- Be early, we start promptly at 7pm!
- Bring a flash light and a camera phone
- Each team will be given the scavenger hunt list, first one to complete within the 1 hour time OR with the most correct wins!
- For each correctly answered question, teams will receive points.
- In the event of a tie, there will be 3 tie breaker questions
- Bonus points for those that arrive in costume!
- Winners receive cash prizes and a custom trophy!
Teams of 2 Pricing:
- $25.00 when you PRE-Register by October 17th
- $30 day of event (cash or checks made payable to Bethany Cemetery Association)
$200 Event Sponsorship
Sponsor this fundraising event and we will:
- Add your business/organization name to our promotional flyers
- The opportunity to give promotional items to those in attendance
- Assist in other necessary purchases
- Shout out/mentions in any & all additional advertising (newspapers, radio, etc.)
